Community Reminders

Dear Residents,

As we move into the busy summer season, the District would like to remind residents of several important community matters and recent concerns. Please take a moment to review the information below.

Pool Rules & Respect for Lifeguards
Our lifeguards are here to keep residents and guests safe. Please follow staff directions at all times. If lifeguards direct patrons to exit the pool due to weather, safety concerns, contamination events, emergencies, or other unsafe conditions, compliance is required and is not optional.

Aggressive behavior, harassment, threats, or disrespect toward lifeguards will not be tolerated and may result in suspension of amenity privileges for the household.

As a reminder, the Adult Pool area is strictly for residents and guests age 18 and older. Individuals under 18 are not permitted in this area, even when accompanied by a parent.

Motorized Bikes
Motorized dirt bikes, mini bikes, electric motorcycles, and similar off-road vehicles are not permitted on District landscaping, sidewalks, trails, parks, or open space areas. These bikes and vehicles create safety concerns for pedestrians and children and can cause significant damage to turf, irrigation systems, and other District property.

If you see anyone operating these bikes or vehicles inappropriately and you know the address of such individuals, please provide that information to management so the issue can be addressed directly.

Graffiti & Vandalism
Graffiti has recently been found inside the playground slide and on pavilion columns. Vandalism damages community property and increases costs for everyone. If you witness vandalism or have information regarding those responsible, please contact management or local law enforcement.

Irrigation & Drought Conditions
Current drought conditions and water allocation restrictions continue to impact the District. When irrigation leaks occur, irrigation zones sometimes must be shut down while repairs are made. During periods of extreme heat, even a short interruption in watering can place significant stress on the turf.

Please report if you see and irrigation leak promptly so repairs can be made as quickly as possible. The Board will evaluate any areas that become dormant or experience turf loss and determine an appropriate restoration plan next season.

A Reminder to Be Kind
This community is supported by many people, including residents, lifeguards, contractors, vendors, staff, volunteers, and Board members. Each plays an important role in maintaining the amenities and services the community enjoys.

A little patience, understanding, and respect can go a long way. Please remember to treat one another with courtesy and respect as we work together to address the challenges that arise in any community.
