The following utility information may be helpful for new residents as well.

  • The water provider is Stonegate Village Metropolitan District
  • The natural gas provider is Xcel energy
  • The electric service provider is Core
  • The waste management company is provided in the HOA assessments for single-family homes
  • Residents in multi-family homes have their waste management company bills managed through their sub-associations

The fire and police for the district are as follows:

  • South Metro Fire District
  • Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District is not in the city of Parker, but rather unincorporated Douglas County. As such, please note we are in the jurisdiction of the Douglas County Sheriff for police matters

Snow Removal

  • Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District has a contract with a provider to clear all right-of-way sidewalks on, or adjacent to, common tracts owned by the district.
  • As a district we also clear the main park sodwalks and manage snow removal for the two parking lots adjacent to the ool and tennis courts, as well as the park at the southeast corner of Keystone Boulevard and Aventerra Parkway.
  • Snow removal operations are triggered anytime there is an accumulation of more than two inches in depth.
  • Additionally, the district’s contract wcalls for their teams to begin snow removal operations within twelve hours after snowfall has ceased, or as conditions safely permit.
  • It is important to note that snow removal on the adjacent public streets throughout the district are maintained by Douglas County.
  • Residents can view the county’s snow removal policies, including routes, priorities, policies and information on filing a concern, at the Douglas County website.
