We were recently made aware that motorcycles are being ridden in the park area between Melborne Court and the pond, resulting in damage to the grass.

Please be advised that riding motorbikes or motorcycles on District-maintained landscaping is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to these areas may be repaired at the homeowner’s expense.

We kindly ask that you keep an eye out and remind members of your household to be mindful of where motorized vehicles are operated within the community.

We will be assessing and repairing the affected area and appreciate your cooperation in helping prevent further damage.
